Synopsis
Luscious Beach is an idyllic seaside city. Miles of sandy beaches, crystal-clear blue water, and a year-round tropical climate. Residents and tourists enjoy a boardwalk dotted with shops, restaurants and entertainers, a thriving downtown with a plethora of entertainment, sporting, cultural attractions, nightclubs, more shops, and restaurants.
The coastline is dotted with beautifully maintained marinas, boats of all shapes and sizes are docked there and in front of homes. A cruise ship port bustles with seafaring tourists disembarking from their mighty vessels to enjoy the sights and sounds of Luscious Beach. There’s one problem, people are disappearing.
A sex trafficking organization is being run in and out of Luscious Beach. People are abducted and forced into sex slavery that began in a luxurious mansion. Victims are paraded in front of a camera to show their bodies to perspective buyers. Upon payment, the buyers would sail into Luscious Beach on cruise ships and take them back to their countries of origin for a lifetime of servitude. Other victims would remain and trotted out to guests, visiting the mansion.
The operation became so big, it expanded into an abandoned building, in the city’s industrial section, located near the cruise ship port. This allows easy extradition for those who were chosen to sail away forever. The building is in a perpetual state of construction, a convenient distraction for the sex occurring in the secure and guarded basement. The basement is a labyrinth of divided partitions, each with its own bed and dresser. Residents and tourists of Luscious Beach in the know, would disguise themselves as construction workers when entering and exiting. Its remote location aroused no suspicion of what was really happening.
Everything was running smoothly, until police officer Marco Ayutthaya (A-youth-a-ya) of the Luscious Beach Police Department receives an anonymous phone call about the activities happening in the mansion from inside the mansion. After some investigative police work, he discovers where the call came from and goes undercover. He is discovered by the mastermind and his son, cut, and thrown over the edge of a boat, into shark infested water. Marco was able to turn the chair he was tied to, away from shark, its mighty jaw broke the chair on its first attempt to devour him. He manages to dodge the hungry predator a second time. Luckily a dolphin rams the shark, saving him.
He washes up near the shore, he is spotted by Zander Torrance, an unemployed lifeguard, and his girlfriend Cheyenne Garrity. Three years ago, Zander quit his job to spend more time with Cheyenne and her family to live lives of leisure. They rush Marco to the hospital, the same hospital the mastermind takes his son for treatment of injuries sustained by Marco on the boat, before he is subdued and thrown in the water.
The mastermind is none other than Cheyenne’s father Terrence Garrity. Zander and Cheyenne have no idea what Terrence and his son Glenn do that affords them all a lavish lifestyle. He told them he runs a modeling agency.
Zander and Cheyenne interrogate Marco in his hospital room, trying to find out what happened. His secrecy encourages them to ask more questions. Fed up, he tries to leave only to discover Terrence and Glenn outside the room. Cheyenne, baffled when Marco suddenly retreats back into the room, she goes out into the hall and sees her father and brother.
Marco quickly tells Zander the severity of the matter, without telling him specifics. He asks Zander not tell Cheyenne anything, then makes his escape out a large window of the hospital, scaling it to the roof. From what Cheyenne has told Terrence and Glenn, they know it has to be Marco. They are astonished he survived, equally so when they don’t see him in the hospital room, especially Cheyenne. She becomes angry at Zander’s willful silence.
Terrence and Glenn leave, Cheyenne vows to stay with Zander, that is until he too climbs out the same window and meets Marco on the roof of the hospital. It’s then that Marco tells Zander the truth, it’s met with angry defiance, until he describes the fight he had with Glenn on the boat and his spilled blood. Zander recalls seeing blood on the boat that Terrence and Glenn brought back to the dock behind the mansion.
It didn’t add up to the excuse Terrence provided, a fishing accident. The location of the bloodstains on the edge of the boat as Marco describes, validate what Zander saw on the boat, as did the injuries to Marco and Glenn’s faces.
Zander is recruited by the Luscious Beach Police Department to sneak on to the boat, before Glenn can destroy it and get a sample of Marco's DNA. The problem, the boat is docked behind the Garrity mansion, the grounds are monitored by cameras and Goons. The only way is by water, the perfect job for a lifeguard, backed up by Marco, still traumatized by his shark encounter.
While Zander is on the boat, Glenn is on his way to drive it to it's destruction. Zander narrowly avoids being seen but ends up perilously hanging off the boat as it races across the ocean. Through surveillance footage at the junk yard, Glenn discovers that Zander was on the boat, which brings Glenn, right to Zander's doorstep with a dire warning to back off.
Zander ultimately soldiers on, a decision that puts him and his family in danger. A risk worth taking to keep the people of Luscious Beach safe.
Cheyenne ultimately learns the truth about what Terrence and Glenn are doing. A dangerous game of cat and mouse unfolds, pitting Marco, Zander and Cheyenne and the Luscious Beach Police Department against Terrence, Glenn and an army of his Goons.
